(Lexington, KY) It's game number two of the 2026 Softball State Tournament presented by UK HealthCare. Our second matchup will feature the champions out of the 3rd Region the Apollo E-gals verses the champions out of the 5th Region the North Hardin Trojans. Apollo comes in with a 24-12 record on the season. North Hardin comes in with a 25-12 record on the season.
Apollo is pitching Molliej Julian and is the visiting team on the scoreboard. North Hardin is pitching Brooklyn Carmickle.
Trojans gets on the board in the bottom of the first inning when J Cain singles to center field allowing both Kaylee Johnston and Tykeria Davis to score to make the score 2-0 North Hardin. Then a walk by Haylee Martin to make the score 3-0 North Hardin. Your score at the end of the first inning is North Hardin 3 Apollo 0.

E-gals ties the game in the top of the fourth inning when Arianna Ramirez singles allowing Hannah Holder to score to make the score tied at 3.
Trojans retakes the lead on an error that allows Bella Cockriel to score to make the score 4-3 North Hardin.
